Our Legacy Founders Wine club is a diverse group united by a shared love of wine, community and experiences that bring us all together. We invite you to be a part of our story as we continue to grow, make an impact in Maryland and create a space where our legacy is connected to yours through our Legacy Founders Wine club.
Our Cru has been a part of our journey from inception when we first took a leap of faith in the middle of the pandemic to start a dream, to spontaneously traveling to Finger Lakes to learn how to make wine, to every moment as we continue to create unforgettable memories together each day. As we embark on this next milestone of opening our first tasting room in April 2025, we are excited to once again welcome our community to be a part of building their legacy as a part of our legacy and our story

Be a member for a cause
One of Boyd Cru Wines’ fundamental belief is to create space and help communities. So to give back, 10% of the proceeds from the Legacy Founders Wine Club will go to Extra-Ordinary Birthday, a nonprofit headquartered in Maryland. This incredible organization provides individual and personalized birthday parties for children in homeless shelters across the DMV area, bringing joy and celebration to those who need it most.

Membership Rules & Policies
This Membership is an agreement that includes two bottles of Boyd Cru Wines at retail price every month for a minimum of a year.* The two bottles are pre-selected by Boyd Cru Wines; however one bottle in the allotment can be customized by the member prior to pick up party or shipping. The customization must occur by the date set forth by Boyd Cru Wines and is based on availability. A 30 day notice is required to cancel. We allow two holds per year. Anything beyond that is considered a cancellation and forfeits the benefits of the membership.
Monthly membership will process approximately on the 1st week of each month after the initial enrollment.** Members will be given an opportunity to update shipping and billing information as well as customization of their order prior to shipments/pick up. Exact dates are subject to change according to internal delays or weather conditions which will be communicated via email on file.
I understand that one time per month per year, my credit card will be billed automatically $45 per month plus any applicable taxes. Should a member elect to have their monthly allotment shipped instead of picked up shipping will be charged accordingly.
Free tastings must be used within the same month and are not permitted to be rolled over to the next month. Discounts are not able to be stacked.
For the referral program, the free bottle of wine will be determined by Boyd Cru Wines and based on availability. The free bottle will be provided after enrollment of referred member(s) is processed and initial monthly payment completed.
Pricing is subject to change annually without notice.
Any outstanding monthly wine allotments that are not picked up will be automatically shipped after 30 days from the pick up party, weather permitting. Shipping fees will be charged.***
* A minimum of a year is required when signing up for the wine club membership.
** Initial enrollment refers to the date in which the customer signs up for the wine club membership and the payment is processed.
***All new wine club sign ups will receive their first allotment the month after they sign up. For example if you sign up on December 12th you will receive a bottle of our sparkling wine at the time of sign up but would receive notice of your first pick up party or shipment if not attending the pick up party in January. Shipping fees will be charged.
