PLEASE NOTE

  • For packages 1B and 2B, a minimum spend of $500 is required in addition to the rental fee.

  • A separate, refundable $500 security deposit is required that will be used as a part of our cleaning fee if the space is not cleaned appropriately according to our clean up policy or if any damage is done to the property during the hosted event. If cleaned and no damage has occurred, the $500 deposit will be refunded at the completion of the event.

  • The renter is responsible for moving any furniture that they would like to be moved within the tasting room; however, the furniture must stay in the tasting room. Removal is not allowed. The renter is responsible for moving all furniture back into place at the end of the event during breakdown.

  • Please read the following schedule for your event:

    • Set Up Time: First hour of the rented time slot.

    • Event Time: 4 hours after the set up time.

    • Breakdown Time: 1 hour after the event time.

    If the event extends beyond the agreed time slot, an overtime fee will be charged as a part of the final bill at $200 per hour.

    • Strictly no pets allowed.

    • Children and minors are welcomed as long as they are supervised for the whole event duration.

    • Table decorations and flowers are permitted.

    • Balloons are welcomed as long as they are attached to string and weights to keep them grounded.

    • No attaching, stapling, pinning, nailing, or gluing anything to the walls or furniture.

    • Catering is permitted; however, we accept licensed caterers only.

    • Caterer must be able to provide proof of license and insurance prior to the event.

    • No cooking is permitted on site without it being approved by BCW staff.

    • All trash must be removed from the property and taken to the dumpster located outside of the building on the front side of the building next to the loading dock.

    • If any furniture was moved, all furniture must be placed back in its original placement.

    • All decorations must be cleaned up and removed from the property at the completion of the event.

    • Anything that was already in the tasting room i.e. board games, books, glasses is not to be removed from the tasting room.
